What is your Refunds & Returns Policy?
It is our guiding principle, that all of our customers must be absolutely satisfied with their purchases. In offering these fine selected products from companies we work with, we hold out the same guarantee to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all you have to do is contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.
  • Non-customized items may be returned for refund within 15 days of delivery. Each item must include its box and original packing. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact our Customer Service Department for return instructions.

  • Due to the custom nature of personalized gifts, we do not offer returns on these items unless we have made a spelling error on the inscription. Each gift is inspected carefully before it is shipped.
How does personalization and engraving work?
Most of the items we offer can be engraved, imprinted or embossed. On products where the these options are relatively simple, we offer the ability to add personalization at the point where you add that product to your shopping cart.If you are unsure if a product you see on our site can be personalized, or you have a special request, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-940-5490 Ext. 201, 9:00am - 4:30pm, Eastern Time or email us at

Please Note: Because of heavy demand for engraving during the Holiday Season, engraving and personalization may take longer than normal to complete. Please submit your order as soon as possible, and indicate the date by which you must have the product(s) ordered. If we anticipate a problem meeting your deadline, we will contact you. Or, you may call us at 1-800-940-5490 Ext. 201 and discuss your engraving and personalization requirements. Another option that may work for you is to order the item(s) desired, and have the engraving and personalization done in your local community.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Normally within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order. Orders with engraving, imprinting or embossing will take longer and we will notify you of the estimated shipping date as soon as possible.

What are your shipping charges?
We normally ship all of our orders via UPS ground unless you specify an expedited shipping service, such as 2nd Day Air, when you place your order. Our normal UPS shipping charges are a flat $10.00 per order in the U.S. Expedited shipping charges are based on the weight of the products you have ordered.

Can you ship to an APO address?
Yes, though there is a little trick you need to use when entering an APO shipping address into our system. Rather than selecting U.S.A as the country choose the country that the APO address is actually located in (i.e. Germany).This will allow you to enter the APO zipcode which is different than other US zipcodes.

Do you offer overnight and express shipping?
We can offer expedited delivery of most products as long as they are in stock and ready to be shipped. However, we normally only process orders during business hours on weekdays so orders received over a weekend or holiday may not be processed for 2 or 3 days. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know in the Comments section of the online ordering form when completing your order. We will make every effort to meet your request or will notify you if we cannot.

What if I cannot find what I want on your Web site?
Please tell us if there is a specific item or type of product you are looking for that you don't see here. After more than 80 years in the clock business we have come across many unique and excellent products, a small portion of which we are able to display here. We are more than happy to refer you to a manufacturer or retailer if we think they can help you find what you need. All you have to do is tell us what you are looking for.

Will you sell my name to other companies if I order from you?
Absolutely not! We will never sell or rent information we recive from you to another 3rd party. Information you provide us during the ordering process is held in strict confidence. For more information please review our Privacy Policy.

Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?
Yes, usually within one business day we will notify you if an item is out of stock and provide the estimated date we will be able to ship it to you. If you wish to cancel your order at that time, you will receive a full credit and owe nothing.

Can I ship an item as a gift to someone else?
Yes, we can ship your purchases to another location. We do not, however, offer gift wrapping services.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do. You may order gift certificates for someone in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 & $250 denominations. We will mail an attractive gift certificate with your name as the gift giver to the recipient along with instructions for ordering their gift from us.
